No. Like most specialized home health Physical Therapists, I am out of network. I do, however, provide a detailed bill that contains diagnostic codes ("ICD-10 Codes") and medical service codes ("CPT Codes") for you to submit to your insurance. 

That depends on your diagnosis. Each session with me combines therapeutic interventions as well as education and self-treatment training to empower you to be proactive about your health and recover faster.  

Yes! New York State Direct Access Law allows individuals to see a Physical Therapist without a referral for up to 10 visits or 30 days, whichever comes first. 

I treat patients at their homes in the New York City area.
